For the second shooting block in Frankfurt, we filmed inside a skyscraper and in a moving elevator — both challenging locations from a logistics and lighting perspective. Together with the DoP and the director, we developed a lighting concept that kept the look modern and clean without pushing it too far. With limited power available on site, we relied on Lightstar LUXED fixtures to give us the necessary punch. To balance the overall contrast and keep the image controlled, we worked with a significant amount of negative fill throughout the set. The result is a subtle but contemporary lighting approach that supports the visual language of the project while staying flexible in two very demanding locations.
